1. General information

These terms govern the sale of products through hexilonlabs.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Nature of the products

All products are sold exclusively for in vitro research. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic use. The customer declares that they purchase the products for this purpose and that they are over 18.

3. Customer account

To place orders you must create an account and verify your email address. The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and the accuracy of the data provided.

4. Orders

The customer selects the available products and variants and confirms the order. Each order receives a unique reference. Order confirmation does not imply final acceptance until payment is received.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. The tax breakdown appears in each order's detail.

6. Payment by SEPA transfer

Payment is made by SEPA bank transfer. When the order is confirmed, the IBAN, beneficiary and a unique reference — which must be included in the transfer description — are provided. The order is held for 7 days pending payment; if the transfer is not received within that period, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock becomes available again.

7. Order states and shipping

Once payment is verified, the order moves to preparation and is shipped to the address provided. Shipping is to mainland Spain. Delivery times are indicative and start from payment confirmation.

8. Cancellation

The customer may cancel their order while it is pending payment, from their account area. Once payment is confirmed, they must contact [CONTACT EMAIL].

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery.

10. Liability

The customer is solely responsible for the use, handling, storage and disposal of the products in accordance with applicable regulations and good laboratory practice. The owner accepts no liability for any use other than in vitro research.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant regulations.
