1. Data we process

  • Shipping data: recipient name, postal address and phone number.
  • Tax data: NIF, when provided for invoicing.

3. Retention period

We keep order data for the period legally required by tax and commercial regulations (generally between five and six years). Account data is kept while the account remains active; if you request deletion, it is anonymised, keeping only the order information the law requires us to retain.

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Certain providers (hosting, transactional email delivery, shipping) access the data as data processors, under contract and only to provide their service.

5. Your rights
